The Regional Investments and Capital Markets Conference hosted annually by the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) is in its 18th year. The Conference attracts an elite group of executives and sponsors from different industries in Jamaica, across the region and North America. Among the speakers will be government officials in Guyana and across the Regions. There will also be an exciting line up of speakers from the private sector from the Caribbean, North America, Europe and Africa. The 2nd Regional Investment and Capital Markets Conference which took place in Guyana from October 8 – 9, 2024, with very powerful speakers, over 250 attendees and a host of sponsors which together led to a most enthralling and successful conference 2024. This JSE’s 3rd Regional Investments and Capital Markets Conference in Guyana will be held over two days, October 7 – 8, 2025, at the Pegasus Suites & Corporate Centre, Georgetown, Guyana.

The Conference will be centred on the theme, “Partnering for Market Development: Capital, Collaboration, Connectivity & Climate”. The Hon. Dr. Ashni Singh, Senior Minister in the Office of the President with responsibility for Finance is expected to open the Conference. He will be joined by other Government officials in Guyana, Jamaica and other Caribbean Regions, who are also among the esteemed lineup of speakers.

Conference Objectives:

  • To maintain dialogue among the players of the regional stock exchanges regarding connectivity and the trading of securities on each market thereby attracting more global players to the Region.
